The Help for Heroes Program is designed exclusively to meet the recovery needs of active duty service members, veterans, and first responders dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues brought on by on-duty challenges including combat stress; repeated exposure to traumatic events; grief and loss; and family separation. These adverse or stressful scenarios often trigger trauma-related disorders including:

Treatment for PTSD involves a combination cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive therapy, wellness education, recreational therapy and other various activities.
